I recently broke my glasses and decided to get an eye exam before purchasing a new pair. Unlike other doctor's offices in the Wayland area, New England Family Eye was able to schedule me same day for my exam. I found Dr. Civetti to be very professional, courteous and informative. Finally an eye care visit that left me feeling good! I found New England Family Eye Care a few days ago and was excited. I have been looking for a place because nowhere I have gone recently was a good experience. This place is so close to where I live and viewing the website I got more and more excited. It did not disappoint! The staff was very polite, enthusiastic and personable. Its the kind of place that puts you at ease upon arrival. The Dr was very attentive and genuine. She did not dismiss any of my concerns, which was refreshing and somewhat new to me. She was not pushy at all either and deferred to my comfort while still recommending and advising. I have a slightly unique case and she worked with me on that. Then after spending more than the normal appointment time with me, she and her colleague spent time helping me find frames I like and that took a while so I would say they went above and beyond. I left feeling respected, not at all made to feel small, and excited for our ongoing relationship, not something I usually feel leaving a medical appt. All and all, after just having met them, I already cannot say enough good things!​​​​​​​

Great Office visit.
Dr. Erin help me choose the right product, I was debating to get contact lens or reading glasses, I never tried contact. Dr Erin told me to give it a try to see if I would like they way the feel , which I did tried and I loved them, very easy to use. She explain the process of taking in and out of your eyes. Very helpful I would recommend her service, if you are getting your annual check ups or need your prescriptions of your kids or adults. Has many option of reading glasses and sun glasses as well great prices. I forgot to mention has the latest technology and also carries META AI glasses by Ray-Ban.​​​​​​​

Dr. Civetti is patient, friendly, caring and super attentive. She did my tests thoroughly, explained all results and addressed all my concerns. The facility is clean and feels comfortable, all equipments are very advanced and feel easier to use, all tests are done by Dr. Civetti herself. I had an absolutely wonderful experience here.

Dr. Civetti is absolutely phenomenal! She was super friendly and very attentive to all of my concerns. The office setting is clean and comfortable. The front staff was equally fantastic.
