Annie is currently a student optician at Benjamin Franklin Cummings Institute of Technology in Boston. She'll graduate this upcoming May. Annie is the point of contact for anything optical related! She's ready to help guide patients pick out the perfect frame, and explain all lens options to help people see and feel their best. 

Outside of work I spend most of my time with my two puppies, reading, or working on my crochet skills. Currently in Ashland with my family and two dogs, Oakley and Lexi.

Johan is a bilingual Remote Assistant with over eight years of experience providing efficient, detail-oriented administrative support in fast-paced environments. With a background in International Affairs studies, he brings strong organizational skills, clear professional communication, and the ability to manage high-volume workloads with accuracy. In the clinical setting.

Johan plays a key role in supporting internal operations so patients can enjoy a seamless experience, from scheduling and coordination to behind-the-scenes administrative support allowing providers to focus fully on patient care. He values organization, clarity, and reliability, and takes pride in contributing to a smooth and welcoming patient journey.

When he’s not working, Johan enjoys taking long trips with friends, staying active through sports, and relaxing at home with his chihuahua, Bruno.
